Water and Environment Technology Conference 2016 (WET2016), which will be held on Aug. 27-28, 2016 at Chuo University, Tokyo, Japan, is now cordially inviting you to submit your research abstract, and the submission deadline has been extended to Jun. 9th (Thr).

WET2016 is an international conference hosted by Japan Society for Water Environment (JSWE), and provides a hybrid-type forum (oral and poster presentations) to promote exchange of information, ideas, and knowledge about water environment researches among scientists, engineers, and students. 

All presenters will be eligible for the Excellent Presentation Award, sponsored by Swing Corporation, in which the importance of research topic, study achievements, and presentation quality will be comprehensively evaluated.

Scientific committee is also encouraging participants to submit a full paper manuscript to the Journal of Water and Environmental Technology (JWET), which is an official international journal of JSWE. The submission deadline for the JWET manuscript is Jul. 15th, and the manuscripts submitted will be subjected to the normal peer-review process. 

Highly-evaluated JWET papers submitted to WET2016 will be honored by JSWE (Excellent Paper Award, sponsored by Swing Corporation), and one of the authors will be invited to give a speech at the opening ceremony of WET2017.
